The Producer (makers, growers and doers) is the Seller.

The definition of the word ÔproducerÕ means: any person who makes a product by combining or altering materials or a person who home grows plants or garden produce or any person who prepares a home or market kitchen food product, or a person offering a service that utilizes skill and expertise.

Definition of the word ÒsellerÕ means the ÔproducerÕ or a member of the producers family or household. Exceptions for employees of micro-farms are negotiable.

Products being sold must be legal in the state of Hawaii and/or prepared in accordance with Hawaii cottage kitchen regulations. No selling or giving away live animals in the market, but posting of signs in your booth is great.
